Pool Snack Bar Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and guest-focused Pool Snack Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our seasonal pool snack bar. The ideal candidate will lead the team in providing excellent customer service while maintaining a fun, efficient, and welcoming environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the pool snack bar.
- Lead, train, and support snack bar staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs.
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily team coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support management with special events and busy service periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability throughout the summer season.
