Pool Snack Bar Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and guest-focused Pool Snack Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our seasonal pool snack bar. The ideal candidate will lead the team in providing excellent customer service while maintaining a fun, efficient, and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the pool snack bar.
Lead, train, and support snack bar staff.
Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive guest experience.
Assist with food and beverage service as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs.
Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist with staff scheduling and daily team coordination.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Support management with special events and busy service periods.

Qualifications:

Previous food service or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
